Member Update: Virtual Queue

We are excited to launch our new Virtual Queue to keep our members safe during COVID.

What is the new Virtual Queue?

We are required to limit the number of members in our branches at one time due to COVID safety protocols.

This means that during our busier days, we may not be able to let you in right away when you arrive at the branch. 

With our new Virtual Queue, we are able to provide you a better, safer experience.

No more waiting in line outside the branch wondering how long this will take.

How does the new Virtual Queue work?

When you arrive at the branch:

  1. Use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code on our branch door or window.
  2. Enter your details. That gets you into the queue.
  3. We’ll send you a confirmation with your estimated wait time.
  4. We’ll text you when it’s your turn to enter the branch.

Don’t have a smartphone?

  • Knock on the door.
  • Our greeter will sign you into the Virtual Queue to keep your place in line.
  • We’ll come get you when it’s your turn to come in.
