The Green for Green – Online Documents Program displays your monthly account statements, term renewal notices (GIC, RRSP and TFSAs), and any tax receipts in CambrianOnline when ready. Sign up to receive all documents electronically and we'll pay you $1 a month for helping us go paperless.
Switching to online documents is easy! After signing on to CambrianOnline, go to Account Services and select "Yes" under the "Turn On Online Documents" option and click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to sign up to receive your online documents and begin receiving your $1 a month rebate.
What kind of tax receipts would I be receiving?
If applicable, you may receive tax receipts showing the interest earned on various savings accounts you have at Cambrian; contribution tax receipts for registered deposits; or other receipts needed for income tax purposes. These tax receipts include, but are not limited to, T5s, T4RSP, T4RIF, NR4 and RSP official contribution receipts.
How long are my online documents stored on CambrianOnline?
• Monthly and quarterly account statements are stored for seven years.
• Tax receipts are stored for seven years.
• Term renewal notices appear 21 days before maturity of your term and disappear when renewed within those 21 days or at maturity of that term.
How will I know when my online documents are available?
You must set up alerts in CambrianOnline to be notified via email, text message, or both that your documents are available for viewing or printing. Go to Account Services/Manage My Alerts to set up your alerts.
What if I still want to receive some of my documents online and others via the mail?
The Green for Green Online Documents Program is intended to reward our members for helping us go paperless. The program doesn’t allow for some documents to be distributed online and others to be sent via mail. To qualify for the $1.00 a month rebate, you must receive all your documents via CambrianOnline.
What if I still need a hard copy of these documents? Can I print them?
Yes! All online documents are available for printing from CambrianOnline.
