Each joint account will be given a specific deadline to create the new login credentials, however the joint account holders do not have to do this at the same time. Before the deadline date, joint account holders will be able to select “Skip and setup later” and continue to log in as usual.
It takes less than 5 minutes to make an appointment or to apply online. It is up to you how you want to meet your advisor - you will have the option to meet your advisor:
