Starting September 30, 2025, a $2 monthly fee will be implemented for members who are enrolled in receiving paper statements. We are encouraging all members to move to online statements and documents as an efficient and eco-friendly alternative.

Why is there going to be a $2 monthly fee for paper statements?
The process of mailing paper statements is both expensive and negatively impactful to the environment. The new monthly fee will help offset administrative costs associated with mailing monthly member paper statements. We are encouraging members to switch to online statements because they are a cost-effective (free), eco-friendly, convenient and more secure option.
When does the $2 monthly paper statement fee take effect?
All members who are still subscribed to paper statements on September 30, 2025 will begin being charged the $2 fee. This fee will continue to be deducted each month going forward. We encourage members to avoid this fee by signing up for online statements.
When do I need to sign up for online statements by to avoid the first monthly $2 paper statement fee?
To avoid the first monthly paper statement fee, sign up for Online Documents and Statements through online banking or through the Cambrian mobile app before September 30, 2025.
