In the estimated payment, we assume the following: (i) a constant interest rate throughout the mortgage term and amortization period; and (ii) a 25-year payment schedule is maintained with no additional payments or skipped payments. Actual payment and interest amounts may differ and will be determined at the time of signing the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Estimated interest is calculated assuming: (i) the stated annual interest rate remains constant for the full contract period; (ii) no additional deposits or withdrawals are made; and (iii) interest accrues and compounds over the contract period and is paid at maturity (end of contract). Estimated results are for illustration only. Actual interest earned may differ and will be confirmed at the time of signing the GIC Agreement.

GIC interest rates quoted are per annum, with interest calculated and paid on each 12 month anniversary date, and at maturity. Interest rates are guaranteed for the duration of the specified term. GICs are not redeemable prior to maturity.
