Mail delays
A Canada Post disruption could potentially begin later this month. If you receive paper account statements, your service could be disrupted. In the event this happens, any Cambrian documents you currently receive through mail will be held until service resumes.
Ensure you don’t miss important deadlines that require action like mortgage and GIC renewal dates and access your monthly account statements in one of the ways detailed below. You are responsible for any payments required during this time.
