Our Southdale Branch is getting some exciting updates to better serve you! A full renovation will begin on October 14th, and it will require a temporary branch closure until approximately February 2026.
This exciting transformation will reflect our commitment to you - our members. The update will further align us with the evolving financial industry, enhancing both digital and in-person experiences for our valuable members.
The branch’s ATM will remain fully operational and access to the safety deposit boxes will be by appointment only. The process for booking a safety deposit box appointment will be available in the coming days.
During this time, all Southdale employees will be redeployed to nearby branches. If you are looking for in-branch services or want to book a meeting with one of our Advisors, we have multiple locations nearby that can help serve you just the same. Our St. Vital, Marion and Regent branches are within 10 kms or less of our Southdale branch. You can find these locations on our website here.

When is the Southdale branch reopening?
The renovation is expected to take approximately four months, and we anticipate reopening in February 2026.
Where can I access branch services?
We have multiple locations nearby that can help serve you just the same. Our St. Vital, Marion and Regent branches are within 10 kms or less of our Southdale branch. You can find these locations on our website here.
I usually talk to the same Advisor. Where are they now?
All Southdale employees will be redeployed to nearby branches. If there is a specific Advisor that you would like to meet with, you can call (204) 925-2727 or visit the website to book an appointment for a video meeting or in-person at their temporary location.
What if I just need the ATM?
Southdale’s ATM will remain fully operational during the renovation.
How do I access my safety deposit box?

I previously booked an in-person meeting at Southdale. Where do I go?
You will be contacted to reschedule any in-person appointments to either a video meeting or the location that your Advisor is temporarily working from.
