Manage Interac e-Transfer® Recipients

Add/Delete/Edit Recipient

To access Interac e-Transfer service

  1. Select “Transfer” in the top menu of CIB
  2. Select “Interac e-Transfer” in the side menu
  3. On the Interac e-Transfer page, click “Continue”


Add Recipient

  1. Click “Manage Recipient”
  2. Click the person icon to “Add Recipient”
  3. Enter details and click “Continue”
  4. “Edit” or “Confirm” the recipient


Delete Recipient

  1. Click “Manage Recipient”
  2. Click the garbage can icon to “Remove Recipient”
  3. Click “Submit” to confirm


Edit Recipient

  1. Click “Manage Recipient”
  2. Click the pencil icon to “Edit Recipient”
  3. Click “Yes” to confirm
