How do I enable Touch ID or Face ID to login to the Mobile App?

The first time you log into our Mobile App, your device will automatically prompt you to set up Touch ID or Face ID if you have this feature enabled on your device.

Apple Devices: enable Touch ID or Face ID

Android Devices: enable Biometrics

Setting Up Touch ID or Face ID

1. Turn on "Remember my User ID" on home screen (check box will turn blue)

2. Log into the Mobile App

3. Click "More"

4. Apple Devices: Select Touch ID or Face ID from the menu and set toggle to "On" (or "Off" to turn off)

5. Android Devices: Select Biometrics from the menu and set toggle to "On" (or "Off" to turn off)
