You can cancel an INTERAC e-Transfer only if it has not yet been accepted by the recipient.
1. Login to Online Banking
2. Go to the "INTERAC e-Transfer" menu and select "Send Money"
3. In the menu below "Send Money" click "Pending"
4. Click "Options" beside the INTERAC e-Transfer you wish to cancel then select "Cancel"
5. Confirm that you want to cancel by clicking "Yes"
