New User ID and Password:
Each joint account holder will need to create a new User ID and a new Password. Once created, you will log in with your User ID (instead of your member number) and your new Password.

New Authentication ID:
As part of our added security measures, each joint account holder will need to create a new Authentication ID. We will ask you for this ID whenever you contact us for assistance with your joint account.
