How do I know if an e-Transfer was sent?

You will receive a notification via text and/or email when your INTERAC e-transfer has been accepted by the recipient.


If you want to verify if your INTERAC e-Transfer was sent:

1. Login to Online Banking

2. Go to the "INTERAC e-Transfer" menu then select "INTERAC e-Transfer History"

3. Filter by the dates you are looking for and click "View"

The status of the e-Transfer will be indicated.
