To update the contact information of an e-Transfer recipient:

Login to Online Banking
Go to “Interac e-Transfer” menu and select “Send Money”
Click “Manage Recipient”
Click the pencil icon to “Edit Recipient”
Enter the new email or text number and click “Submit” to confirm
Close the Manage Recipients pop up. The contact has now been updated.

To resend an e-Transfer to the updated contact:
Select the “Pending” tab
Hover over the “Option” menu for the pending transfer in question
Click “Resend Notification” (Note: the old point of contact will still be displayed at this point)
Click “Yes” on the Resend Notification pop up.

Notification will be sent to the new point of contact and the point of contact will now be updated in the pending list.
