Experiencing issues logging into the Cambrian Mobile App or Online Banking?

To reset your password, you can use the “Forgot your password” feature on the Mobile App or Online Banking login page. If you forgot your User ID, please call us at 204-925-2727 (in Winnipeg) or 1-888-695-8900 (within Canada) and we can help.  

Mobile: Effective December 2024, we updated our Cambrian Mobile App with enhanced features. This update requires you to update to the latest version of the Mobile App.  

With this update, you may have trouble logging in. This could happen if:  

  • Your User ID/password were previously saved within your browser/device
  • You previously enabled the “Remember Me” feature on the Mobile App  

You will need your login credentials to access the app and to re-enable “Remember Me”.
