Does everyone on my joint account need to set up their new login at the same time?

Each joint account will be given a specific deadline to create the new login credentials, however the joint account holders do not have to do this at the same time. Before the deadline date, joint account holders will be able to select “Skip and setup later” and continue to log in as usual.
